A pressure washer is a mechanical device that uses water at high pressures to remove dust, dirt, grime, mould, and mud from objects, building and surfaces, this may include things such as vehicles, roads and paths. A standard pressure washer includes a motor, this drives the water pump, a high-pressure hose, where the water passes through and a trigger gun to stop and start the flow of the water. They are used in the same way as a garden hose and it is the nozzle that is used to increase the out flowing pressure of the water that is being used and adds a high amount of dynamic pressure. There are a number of different nozzles available and they can be used for different types of applications. Some of the nozzles may cause the water to be injected in a triangular plane and others jet the water in a pencil thin jet and this makes a very rapid flow of water. The nozzles are nearly always attached to a trigger gun. There are many different nozzles available that allow detergents to be introduced to the water streaming process this will help with the cleaning of the surfaces and the removal of the dirt.
