• Water Recycling - Purpose built system to recycle and re-use collected waste wash water. As the system is included on the water technology list, the full capital tax allowance is recoverable against cooperation tax in year one of installation.

• Automatic Pit Floor Wash - High pressure changeover valve diverts high pressure water from the pump module to an additional 6 off jets directed downwards to clean the pit floor following an automatic cycle (Applicable for pit installations only)

• Hot Water - Oil fired hot water module, compact design, low noise vertical boiler, operates on red diesel, kerosene or bio diesel. >92% efficient with low emissions. Fitted with flame failure device and over temperature protection.

• Hot Water - Gas fired EcoShield fully condensing 143.2 KW output gas fired water heater supplies hot water to the high pressure pump module for delivery to the wash trolley. >97% efficient with low emissions. Fitted with flame failure device and over temperature protection.

• Pressure reduction - Allows for automatic pressure reduction to an adjustable level to avoid damage to sensitive components.

• Automatic Frost Protection - Protects system against frost damage.

​

• Auxiliary Hand Lance - Utilises existing pump module for hand lance operation by use of a simple change over valve.

• Wheel Guides - Heavy duty wheel guides provided to ensure correct vehicle positioning

​

• Chemical Injection - Adjustable dosing pump injects detergent during the high pressure wash cycle.

• Plug 'N' Play Plant Rooms - Purpose built pre-fabricated plant rooms designed and built to customer requirements.

• Water Softener  - Duplex water softener including brine tank for use in hard water areas when hot water module is installed.

• Pre-Wash Foam - High density foam applied automatically prior to high pressure wash cycle.
